Meet Peter Varelas
Hello and Thank You for stopping by! I am a 7th generation resident of the Windham NY/Mountaintop area, graduate from Windham-Ashland-Jewett Central School and a United States Air Force Veteran who served in the Persian Gulf War. In 2000, I was hired by the NYS Park Police where I served for 14 years. Having a passion for the outdoors and my hometown, I resigned so I could dedicate more time to my business. I am still an active Police Officer for the Town of Windham.
What began as a part-time firewood business led to expanding my services and turned into my primary business. My business model is simple: offer a superior service at an affordable price. This mantra has enabled us to not only thrive, but also expand upon the foundation of positive customer referrals. Over the years I have invested regularly to purchase the machinery and equipment necessary to be more efficient, modern and productive. I enjoy serving the needs of business, private homes, rentals and second homeowners, and am proud of the long lasting trusted relationships I have developed with all of my clients over the years.
Mountain Estate Management LLC is a full service property management business that offers premium firewood, land and brush clearing, tree/stump removal, care-taking, home security checks, repairs, and other related services.
